I know what it feels like to carry the business.
Earlier in my career, I helped lead a company that grew from 50 to 1,200 employees in 18 months. We had ambition and commitment. But we were navigating challenges we had never faced before, without a playbook.
I would have given anything for someone who could have helped us stop guessing and guided us through it.
That experience led me to buy Cerius Executives. After more than 17 years working with business owners and leadership teams, I’ve seen how much becomes possible when owners and teams have the clarity and support to move forward.
Today, I help owners define what working on their business means for them, create the plan, and put it into action.
As a mother, Ironman, and wife of a retired Marine, I understand busy. I have learned that it is easier to make the time when I have a plan for what to do with that time.
